Leasing Specialist

About the role

A Leasing Specialist at AVE is a talented sales professional responsible for driving results in the leasing program of luxury apartment rentals. This role involves building relationships with prospects and residents, closing leases, and providing exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and residents to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Close leases by connecting with prospects and providing excellent service.
• Create leads through marketing efforts, resident events, and social media.
• Manage daily activities effectively, balancing research, tours, operations, outreach, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to generate leads and maintain community social media channels.
• Use CRM and other sales tools to manage the leasing process efficiently.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of proven sales/leasing experience.
• Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Proven execution of successful sales strategies to close new leases.
• Tenacious and skilled at overcoming objections.
• Strong communication and relationship building and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to master and use a CRM, systems, and other sales tools.
• Schedule flexibility to prioritize and pivot to business and prospect needs.
• Reliable source of transportation.
• Available to work the required full-time schedule: Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm and Monday through Thursday 9:30am to 6:00pm.

Pay

$21-23/hour. Individual compensation decisions will vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, education, and geographic location.

Schedule

Full-time schedule: Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm and Monday through Thursday 9:30am to 6:00pm.
