Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer requirements, guide them through property tours, and liaise with leasing agents.
- Ensure all interactions are meticulously recorded in our CRM system.
- Cook up necessary documentation to new residents.
- Aid in the application process by collaborating with the underwriting and lease writing teams, while staying updated on company policies.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- One to two years of experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
- A Real Estate license is not required but may be desired.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are needed.
- Proven ability in relationship management, organization, and customer service is a must-have.
Compensation
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $25.00 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Paid Time Off
New employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
