About the role
The Ravelle at Ridgeview is a midrise property managed by Greystar, an industry leader in rental housing management. Located in Antioch, Tennessee, this community offers 324 units and operates on a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, conduct credit screenings, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about market conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies regarding concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
- Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, and use internet marketing tools to drive traffic to the community.
- Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and ensure the community meets show quality standards.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, send thank-you notes, and make phone calls or other contacts to finalize lease signings and renewals.
- Support the lease renewal program by preparing lease renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident and client inquiries, take prompt action to solve problems, and document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individuals.
Requirements
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions, and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required.
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00. Additional compensation includes participation in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance, and weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
