About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This role is based in Eugene, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about market conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions and special programs.
- Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools, and following community-specific marketing plans.
- Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and ensure show units meet quality standards.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents, respond to resident concerns, and take prompt action to solve problems.
- Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- All licenses and certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
