Leasing Professional (Part-Time) - Tortuga Bay at Waterford Lakes
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in package, ensure smooth move-in and lease signing, and inspect apartments prior to move-in.
- Stay informed about market conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions and specials.
- Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, and use internet marketing tools.
- Use on-site property management software to track availability, record activities, manage data, and maintain show units.
- Ensure show units meet quality standards, communicate maintenance needs, and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents, send thank-you notes, and make calls to finalize leases and renewals.
- Execute lease renewal program by preparing letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
- Respond to resident and client inquiries, take prompt action to solve problems, and document resident or other requests.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- All licenses and certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of leasing and property management best practices.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00
Schedule
Monday-Friday + rotating weekends
