As a Leasing Professional, you will provide first-class customer service to prospects and residents, ensuring that all resident requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will help create a professional and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

• Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Able to market and sell the community.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.
