Leasing Professional - Identity Dinkytown
Responsibilities
- Know all amenities and features of the property and how to favorably compare them to the competition
- Attend local events that are related to housing or the general marketing of the community
- Provide ideas to the Leasing team for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year
- Accept application fees and security deposit payments from future residents and follow procedures regarding documentation
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the show unit(s), tour route, and leasing office
- Assist property leadership with multiple projects
Requirements
- 1+ years of leasing or sales experience is helpful
- Social media and digital marketing experience
- Desire to work with our residents and build relationships with team members
- True team player eager to help build the business

About the Role
Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join their team. This position involves building relationships with current and prospective residents, pursuing leads, and closing sales. The successful candidate will also serve as a mentor to the Community Assistants and collaborate with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to meet sales and marketing goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of leasing or sales experience, along with social media and digital marketing experience. They should also be a true team player with a desire to build the business and work effectively with residents and colleagues.
Skills
Natural salesperson and people-person with experience in social media and other marketing projects.
