TAM Residential is seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of apartment communities, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure timely and efficient service
• Manage tenant relations and resolve issues promptly
• Develop and implement strategies to improve community performance and resident satisfaction
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
