Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of properties under our portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal building conditions.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful property management and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
