About the role
I am seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be based in our headquarters in [City, State] and will report directly to the Director of Projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare project documentation and reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
