About the role

Join Aspen Square’s dynamic team at Oasis at 1800 in Tallahassee, FL as a Leasing and Marketing professional. You’ll be the face of a thriving community with over 70 properties, guiding prospective residents and creating memorable experiences from the moment they walk through the doors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering phones with a smile and ensuring every resident feels valued.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies such as social media campaigns, flyers, and resident events.
• Maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Continuously work toward leasing and occupancy goals.
• Assist current residents and deliver professional customer service.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, file paperwork, qualify residents, keep an organized workspace, and perform related duties.

Requirements

• Bubbly, outgoing personality.
• 3+ years of excellent customer service experience (retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.).
• Strong sales skills and determination to close deals.
• Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems.
• Availability to work weekends, including 2‑3 Saturdays per month.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work off‑site.
