Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, from answering phones with a smile to ensuring every resident feels valued
• Create marketing strategies that include social media campaigns, flyers, and engaging resident events
• Maintain a positive attitude and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Continuously strive toward reaching leasing and occupancy goals
• Assist current residents and provide them with professional customer service
• Answer phones, respond to emails, file paperwork, qualify residents, and maintain an organized workspace

Requirements

• Bubbly, outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years’ experience (including retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.)
• Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal
• Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems
• Saturdays required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and ability to go off-site
• Drive to succeed
