Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering phones, assisting visitors, and ensuring residents feel valued.
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies, such as social media campaigns, flyers, and resident events.
• Maintain a positive attitude and determination to meet leasing and occupancy goals.
• Assist current residents with professional customer service.
• Handle administrative tasks, including answering emails, filing paperwork, qualifying residents, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Requirements

• Bubbly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years of customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, serving/bartending).
• Proven sales skills and a determination to close deals.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
• Must work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel off-site for work-related tasks.
• Strong drive to succeed and grow within the property management industry.
