Leasing & Marketing Analyst (PT)

Haynes Group is looking for someone to track and improve leasing performance across our residential portfolio — including The Residences at Quarry Walk (225 units, Oxford, CT) and our growing statewide footprint. Responsibilities

• Tracking guest cards, tours, applications, and leases by source
• Building weekly conversion reports the leasing team actually uses
• Spotting underperforming channels and vacancies that are sitting too long
• Helping tweak campaigns, refresh listing photos, and fine-tune geo-fencing based on what the data's telling us
• Working with on-site leasing managers to track lost reasons and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Have experience in multifamily marketing, leasing, or property management analytics
• Are comfortable living in lead-source data (Zillow, Apartment.com, ILS platforms)
• Know your way around Excel (CRM/PMS experience is a nice bonus)
• Like working independently — this is part-time with flexible hours
