About the Role
The B. F. Saul Company has been engaged in the acquisition, renovation, construction, and management of residential property in the Washington Metropolitan area since 1931. The Residential division is currently comprised of four luxury properties. Join our team as a Leasing Manager at The Waycroft in Arlington, VA, where you will lead the sales team to peak performance while developing sales and marketing strategies that increase traffic, maximize closing ratios, and achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Leasing Manager will be responsible for providing superior customer service to all perspective residents and lead the Leasing team to achieve sales goals. This includes responding to web leads, telephone inquiries, conducting site tours, and effectively showing, leasing, and moving in prospective residents. The Leasing Manager will also lead motivational monthly leasing programs to achieve optimum performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales or marketing in retail, multifamily, or hospitality
- Strong customer service skills
- A minimum of two (2) years of luxury customer service experience
- The ability to read and write English fluently
- The ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions
- The ability to interact with residents/guest in a luxury customer service manner
- Knowledge of Yardi and CRM and Fair Housing laws
