Leasing Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing leasing activities, including tenant relations, marketing, and property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and conduct lease negotiations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for property improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management or leasing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
• Experience with property management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
