Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
• Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
• Affords assistance and support in off-site and on-site promotions, including resident functions
• Assists in implementing and coordinating off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
• Affords assistance in planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
• Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
• Affords assistance to the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
