Leasing Manager Apartment Complex

Responsibilities

• Utilize exceptional communication and sales skills to drive occupancy and generate new leases
• Build strong relationships with current residents, responding to concerns, and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner
• Afford assistance in the daily operations of the community, including managing maintenance requests, coordinating events, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide guidance and support to other team members, including leasing agents and maintenance staff
• Manage administrative tasks, such as tracking leads, creating reports, and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong sales and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
