• Competitive hourly rate: $18–20/hr based on experience

Schedule

Primary hours: Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm, Saturdays 9 am–5 pm (rotating Saturdays or alternate schedule available).

Alternative schedule option: 5 days per week (including Saturdays) with the same 2 days off (Sundays and one weekday). Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday off Sundays and Wednesdays. Weekday off can be adjusted. Hours remain 9 am–6 pm weekdays and 9 am–5 pm Saturdays. This schedule includes an additional per-pay-period bonus.

About the role

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. Expect a mix of customer service, sales, and administrative tasks—we provide all the training and support you need to excel.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet engaging with prospects, walking the property, inspecting homes, handling administrative tasks, addressing resident concerns, and helping maintain property appearance. Everyone does a little bit of everything.

You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team where recognition and promotion come from commitment and results. Occasionally, you may work outside standard hours to support resident events or assist during weather challenges.
