Leasing Consultant - Westgate Landing

About the role

Tribute Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at the new luxury apartment community, Westgate Landing. This role involves being the ambassador between residents, the public, and the community management team, focusing on building lasting relationships and ensuring the best resident experience.

Additional Responsibilities

• Be a market competition guru, knowing features, benefits, and pricing.
• Adeptly adapt your leasing presentation to secure a “yes.”
• Follow up and build rapport naturally.
• Plan and host exciting resident events and on-site activities.
• Adhere to company policies, tenant and housing laws, and lease provisions.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in administrative tasks.
• Manage property social media to company standards.
• Take on additional duties as requested.
• Maintain high leasing, occupancy, and retention rates, even during construction.
• Show loyalty and care for your teammates.
• Ensure reputation scores meet or exceed industry standards.

Qualifications

• Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.
• Proven track record in customer service or sales.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation.
• Experience with Yardi or property management software is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is preferred.

Pay

The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $19 to $20 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
