Responsibilities
- Spending half of your week effectively marketing your community and following up on leads, cultivating relationships with prospective residents.
- Spending the other half of your time providing exceptional customer service to enhance residents' experiences and maintaining the overall appeal and functionality of the property.
- Proactively responding to sales leads, promoting the community by addressing resident needs and providing information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities.
- Inviting and scheduling prospective residents for community tours, employing effective selling techniques to close deals.
- Supporting community marketing efforts by positively influencing online presence, offering input on advertising campaigns.
- Effectively explaining lease provisions and community policies, ensuring comprehensive move-in activities and conducting orientations for new residents.
- Ensuring resident satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Efficiently managing leasing documents, processing payments, and ensuring completion of move-in procedures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A strong customer service/customer facing orientation: Retail Sales, Hospitality.
- An excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software & Google Suite.
- A valid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in their role. This varies by location.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
Skills
- Experience in leasing or property management.
- College degree or coursework.

Pay
$22.09 - $27.00/hour. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.
