Responsibilities

• Customer Service - make sure Neighbors feel at HOME, well-cared for and proud to live in our Neighborhoods.
• Sales - guide Future Neighbors through the Ultimate Leasing Experience to make renting easy.
• Administration - create Neighborhood reports, conduct market surveys, prepare rental agreements, post apartment advertisements, master property management operations.

Qualifications

• Experience - passion for working in a customer service, sales and marketing environment.
• Cultural Traits - Team Oriented, Communicator, Entrepreneurial, Passionate, Self-Starter, Creative, Principled, and Brand Ambassador.
• Working Weekends - schedule includes regular days off Monday‑Friday; weekend work required.

Pay

• Compensation Pay Range: $25.00 to $26.25 per hour
• $200 Incentive Per Lease
• Discretionary Semi-Annual Bonus Plan
• Weekend Shift Premium Pay

Schedule
