Responsibilities

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects; follow up on guest cards.
• Ensure model apartments are clean, safe, and stocked with move-in gifts and snacks.
• Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages.
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
• Assist in planning and hosting after-hours resident events.
• Prepare move-in folders and maintain the business center, coffee bar, and pet bar.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity in Yardi.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for community tours.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate move-in/out needs with the maintenance team.
• Create and maintain confidential resident files, including reviewing move-in paperwork.
• Complete daily open and close procedures.
• Assist with ongoing resident relations, ensuring prompt responses to requests.
• Shop competitive properties and pursue marketing opportunities with downtown businesses.
• Process work order requests and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in company-provided training (e.g., fair housing, safety, non-discrimination).
• Comply with all company standards, health and safety rules, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• One year of previous leasing experience preferred; residential leasing experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Positive, self-motivated professional with strong oral communication skills.
• Enjoys working with people.

Pay

Starting at $18.00 per hour + bonus commissions.

Schedule

Full-time hours with some weekend shifts required.
