The Leasing Consultant role at Reserve at Spring Creek in Richardson, TX, is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents while using professional sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualify applicants for apartments thoroughly and promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins for new residents.
• Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date rental files.
• Accurately enter rental data into the computer system.
• Prepare leases and oversee the signing of leases by new residents.
• Assist in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensure the property’s paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interact with residents professionally to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.

Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Professional etiquette and the desire to work in a team setting.
• Willingness to acknowledge and consent to possible audio recordings made during work duties.
