About the role
As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community at Bexley Silo Bend in Nashville, TN. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. This role blends customer service, sales, and administrative tasks, with full training and support provided.
Schedule
- 20 hours per week
- Saturdays plus one additional full weekday (9am–6pm)
- One half weekday (4 hours)
- Flexible weekday scheduling based on availability
Pay
- Starting at $21/hour, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonuses
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective residents to guide them through the leasing process
- Build and maintain relationships with current residents and team members
- Handle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks
- Assist with property appearance, resident concerns, and administrative duties
- Participate in resident events and support during weather challenges, occasionally outside standard hours
- Walk the property, inspect homes, and perform hands-on tasks beyond desk work
