Leasing Consultant (Part-Time) , Multifamily

About the role

A Leasing Consultant at Nine50 Town Lake at Midtown plays a crucial part in the onsite management team. They are responsible for generating interest in the community, assisting prospects in qualifying for an apartment home, ensuring apartments are prepared for move-in, and delivering exceptional service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities, local community, and grounds.
• Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle of an apartment home.
• Aid prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
• Manage your own success by attaining leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth.
• Use your attention to detail, planning, and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

Pay
