About The Role

Leasing Consultant As a Leasing Consultant at Enclave, you are the face of our communities, blending exceptional customer service with a knack for sales to create a welcoming experience for potential and current tenants. From showcasing the features of our apartments during tours to guiding prospects through the leasing process, you'll play a pivotal role in matching individuals with their perfect home. Beyond the sale, you'll foster lasting relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and helping our communities thrive.

Position Logistics

• Primary Work Location: Blackmore Flats | Grand Forks, ND
• Work Environment: On-Site
• Work Schedule: Hours could be between Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
• The office/lobby hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday's from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, therefore we need team coverage during these times. The manager will assign specific opening and closing shifts, which may adjust individuals schedules by an hour.
• Team members are expected to work two Saturdays per month.
• Work Type: Part Time (up to 30 hours/week)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, additional education preferred
• 3+ years of administrative experience, property management or sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation*
