What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.
- Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins.
- Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition.
- Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents.
- Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready.
- Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.
What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of leasing experience.
- Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases.
- Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus!
