Bader, a leading property management firm in the Twin Cities, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team at Oakdale Apartments and Chateau Apartments. With over 50 years of experience, Bader offers a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop full knowledge of application requirements, screening processes, and rental policies.
• Play an active role in the renewal process and maintain a resident retention program under the Property Manager's direction.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain resident and property files, and process administrative forms and reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure "model" and target apartments are ready for showing, and maintain a clean and orderly office and work areas.
• Stay informed about lease terms, community policies, and current market conditions.
• "Shop" competitive properties and complete market updates.
• Maintain a leasing closing ratio that meets Bader's requirements.
• Participate in property marketing efforts as directed.
• Comply with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and Fair Housing rules.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, and seek educational opportunities for personal growth.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Property Manager.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with weekends as needed.

Pay

$20 (commensurate with experience)
