Leasing Consultant, Multifamily

About the role

The Leasing Consultant plays a crucial role within the onsite management team at Coronado Springs Apartments. You'll interact with prospects and residents, focusing on creating a positive first impression and fostering a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by showing prospects around and answering their questions about amenities, local community, and grounds.
• Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle of an apartment home.
• Aid prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting necessary information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in and deliver exceptional service to residents to maintain high retention rates.
• Use attention to detail, organization, and planning skills to handle office tasks and paperwork related to apartment rentals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office setting. Employees may need to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and step stools
• Travel up to 5% of the time
• Regularly operate office machinery

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $19.55 - $23.00 per hour, depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
