Leasing Consultant | Mountain View Apartments

Responsibilities

• Leases and markets the property
• Assists Community Manager with operational and financial success
• Ensures resident satisfaction through high standards
• Solicits business to achieve occupancy and rental goals
• Prepares and administers all leasing activities
• Completes market studies
• Inspects and recommends improvements to physical products
• Responds professionally and promptly to resident needs and concerns
• Maintains physical assets to ensure a welcoming environment
• Participates in community activities and other projects
• Models appropriate resident service standards
• Manages equipment and supplies effectively
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Follows emergency procedures and participates in disaster assistance
• Manages workload and prioritizes tasks

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a similar setting
• Detail-oriented with strong computer skills
• Effective communicator with ability to interact with all organizational levels
• Ability to problem-solve with employees and residents
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
