What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively respond to sales leads and promote the community by addressing resident needs and providing information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities
- Invite and schedule prospective residents for community tours, using effective selling techniques to close deals
- Support community marketing efforts by positively influencing the online presence and offering input on advertising campaigns
- Effectively explain lease provisions and community policies, ensuring comprehensive move-in activities and conducting orientations for new residents
- Ensure resident satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution
- Efficiently manage leasing documents, process payments, and ensure completion of move-in procedures
What You'll Need To Thrive
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A strong customer service/customer facing orientation, such as Retail Sales or Hospitality
- A well-organized approach with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using property management software and Google Suite
- A valid Driver's License required if operating a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in the role, varying by location
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in leasing or property management
- A college degree or coursework

The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.
