Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents and communicate the value of living at a MAA community
• Initiate the screening process for prospective residents
• Communicate lease expirations and facilitate lease renewals
• Aid in property marketing activities and resident events

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
