Leasing Consultant | MAA Lake Mary
About the role

Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective residents to communicate the value of living at a MAA community
- Initiate screening processes for prospective residents
- Communicate lease expirations and facilitate lease renewals
- Affiliate with property marketing activities and organize resident events
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or leasing
- Preferred knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A high school diploma or GED, along with a bachelor’s degree preferred
