Responsibilities
- Proactively respond to sales leads, promote the community by addressing resident needs, and provide information on availability, pricing, location, and amenities
- Invite and schedule prospective residents for community tours, employing effective selling techniques to close deals
- Support community marketing efforts by positively influencing online presence and offering input on advertising campaigns
- Effectively explain lease provisions and community policies, ensure comprehensive move-in activities, and conduct orientations for new residents
- Ensure resident satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution
- Efficiently manage leasing documents, process payments, and ensure completion of move-in procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service/customer-facing orientation (e.g., Retail Sales, Hospitality)
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using property management software & Google Suite
- Valid Driver's License required if operating a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in the role (varies by location)
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job
Qualifications
- Experience in leasing or property management (bonus)
- College degree or coursework (bonus)
Pay
$22.09 - $27.00/hour. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.
A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required if operating a motorized vehicle during the workday or as part of the role.
Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
