Responsibilities

  • Attract and screen potential tenants
  • Provide information about available properties
  • Negotiate lease terms
  • Ensure a smooth leasing process
  • Lease properties to prospective tenants
  • Maximize property visibility through marketing and outreach
  • Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including lease paperwork and move-ins
  • Respond to inquiries and assist with move-ins
  • Complete and submit leasing reports
  • Determine and address resident needs
  • Explain lease and community policies
  • Plan and organize resident functions
  • Work closely with the property manager and team

Requirements

  • Valid Drivers License
  • 1+ year of sales or leasing experience (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of Internet, Email, and social media for marketing
  • Knowledge of property management software
  • Knowledge of business practices and principles
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to cope with stress in a composed manner
  • Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
