About the role

The Leasing Consultant at Affinity at Wenatchee is responsible for driving occupancy and building strong relationships with prospective and current residents. This role requires a relational and influential approach, excellent customer service, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and engage with prospective and current residents through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and appointments.
  • Collect and update prospect information in the sales management system.
  • Conduct personalized tours based on resident needs and interests.
  • Follow up with prospects through phone calls, personalized next steps, Sales Mail, notes, etc.
  • Coordinate depositor-related creative follow-up and engagement.
  • Host and participate in onsite community events for residents and prospects.
  • Support the community by building strategic partnerships with businesses, service providers, and senior housing communities.
  • Coordinate and participate in offsite sales and marketing events.
  • Use on-site property management software applications to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical information.
  • Execute marketing activities and events to create and drive traffic to the property.
  • Evaluate and shop competitors quarterly to understand the competitive landscape.
  • Complete and maintain all documents required for resident and property files.
  • Report any irregularities or maintenance needs to the Community Director.
  • Ensure all online advertisements and postings are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software, and CRM solutions.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.
