MG Properties is a trusted partner in the property management industry, focusing on enriching lives through physical improvements, philanthropy, and employee development. We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for a beautiful property in Gresham, OR.

Responsibilities

• Mets and greets prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.
• Captures and updates rental files accurately.
• Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Prepares and oversees lease signings for new residents.
• Assists in completing monthly administrative tasks and ensures property paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interacts with residents professionally to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments.

Qualifications

• One year of property management experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.
• The desire to work in a team setting with a company that promotes from within.
• Professional etiquette is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• $20-$22/hr DOE
• Monthly bonuses
