Leasing Consultant at The District at Biltmore Luxury Apartment Homes, a premier class-A 227-unit mid-rise community located in the Camelback Corridor – Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities

• Tour and present the community in a compelling way and assist prospective residents with finding the right apartment home.
• Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables to stay competitive.
• Inspect vacant apartment homes to ensure they are move-in ready.
• Plan and coordinate resident functions throughout the year.
• Build strong working relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hotel or hospitality experience as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent is a plus.

Pay

Pay range: $13.58 – $16.03 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, training, and certifications. This range does not include additional compensation such as commissions or bonuses.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Day shift with weekend availability.
