Leasing Consultant - Bowman Pointe

About the role

Responsible for leasing apartments in the Bowman Pointe community. Conducting tours, answering inquiries, and assisting potential tenants.

Responsibilities

• Conducting apartment showings and tours
• Answering tenant inquiries and providing information about available units
• Assisting with lease agreements and paperwork
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in sales or real estate a plus
