Responsible for leasing apartments in the Bowman Pointe community. Conducting tours, answering inquiries, and assisting potential tenants.
Responsibilities
- Conducting apartment showings and tours
- Answering tenant inquiries and providing information about available units
- Assisting with lease agreements and paperwork
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- Experience in sales or real estate a plus
