Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community
- Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget
- Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
- Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and that of major competition
- Aid with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice
- Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines
- Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other
- Regular attendance and punctuality proper documentation as indicated on checklist
- Follow up with residents throughout the lease
- Receive any resident inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide timely follow up
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role preferred
- Must have strong interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible
- Must demonstrate support of Bell Core Values

- Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment
- Must present a professional image
- Must be resourceful and well-organized

Pay
Hourly: $21.00 - $25.00
Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
