About the role
Weinstein Properties is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team. Located in Richmond, Virginia, we manage over 60 apartment communities across multiple states. This role offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $18-$20 per hour, with the potential for quarterly bonuses. The position includes benefits such as rent discounts, paid holidays, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process
- Build strong relationships with current residents and team members
- Juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks
- Handle administrative tasks, address resident concerns, and assist with property appearance
- Work rotating Saturdays or an alternate schedule
- Engage with prospects, walk the property, inspect homes, and support resident events
Requirements
- No prior leasing experience required

Schedule
- Rotating Saturdays or an alternate schedule
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturdays: 9am - 5pm
- Example of an alternate schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with Sundays and Wednesdays off
