About the role

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.

Bexley at WestRidge - McKinney, TX

Pay

Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $19/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule

• Weekdays 9-6
• Saturdays 9-5 (worked in a rotation with the team)
• Sundays Closed

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process
• Build strong relationships with current residents and team members
• Handle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks
• Engage with prospects, walk the property, and inspect homes
• Address resident concerns and help maintain property appearance
• Support resident events and assist during weather challenges outside standard hours
