Leasing Consultant

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, conduct credit screenings, and perform criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, inspect apartments for move-in readiness, and address any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Inform about market and competitor conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs.

• Other Responsibilities

  • Complete various reports and perform other duties as assigned or necessary.

      • Frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.

      • Required Licenses Or Certifications

        • All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

        • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

          • Read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions.
          • Show proficiency in word processing, property management software, and spreadsheet management programs.
