Leasing Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing efforts for the apartment community
• Arrange and conduct tours, manage application processing, and oversee move-ins
• Proactively follow up on leads and close deals to maintain high occupancy
• Keep online listings and signage updated and effective
• Collaborate with on-site staff to provide exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction
• Track leasing activity

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in multifamily leasing or apartment leasing
• Strong background in marketing, lead generation, and closing leases
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with leasing software and online marketing platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
