Leasing Consultant

Essential Functions

• Resident Relations and Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, vendors, residents, and prospects. Build and maintain positive resident relationships through community programs and appreciation initiatives. Process work order requests and maintain accurate resident files. Support resident events and programming.
• Leasing and Sales: Manage CRM systems, including lead response, appointment scheduling, property tours, and follow-ups. Process applications and qualify residents based on company guidelines. Prepare leases and coordinate move-in orientations.
• Marketing and Competitive Analysis: Analyze and recommend marketing strategies based on competitor pricing and promotions. Monitor market trends to keep the community competitive. Support corporate and ownership goals.

Administrative and Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Complete daily activity reports and audit CRM data. Participate in relevant meetings and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices is a plus.
