As a Leasing Consultant, you’re more than just the first point of contact — you’re the energy, the guide, and the problem-solver who helps people find their perfect space. If you're upbeat, goal-driven, and passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming, professional face of our community — whether in person, on the phone, or online, making every interaction count.
• Create genuine connections by truly listening to prospects and guiding them confidently to their perfect new home.
• Lead fun, engaging tours that highlight our property’s standout features and leave prospects excited to join the community.
• Stay proactive with timely follow-ups that turn interested prospects into happy, satisfied residents.
• Handle lease applications smoothly and accurately, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to deliver clear resident communications, maintain daily reports, and power up marketing initiatives.
• Keep our model and vacant apartments sparkling — always ready to impress and inspire.
• Drive community buzz every day through creative marketing and outreach that puts us in the spotlight.
• Jump in to assist residents with questions or concerns, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and truly at home.

Requirements

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people.
• Sales, leasing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required — we train the right people).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Familiarity with Yardi 7S is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
