The company offers a wide range of real estate services including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, land, and investment sales and leasing, property management, and development.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws
• Provides tours of apartments to prospective residents
• Runs credit reports on prospective residents
• Prepares lease packets
• Inspects apartments prior to showing them
• Maintains logs of traffic through the property
• Leases units
• Provides information over the telephone to prospective residents
• Maintains a visible public relations attitude toward current and prospective residents

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Some advanced real estate training, including familiarity with Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing laws
• Prior experience in a leasing position (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle)
