About the role
Responsible for leasing commercial properties in a designated market area. Conduct market research, negotiate leases, and manage tenant relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and property opportunities.
- Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants.
- Manage tenant relationships, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with lease terms.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
