Leasing Consultant

About the role

Responsible for leasing commercial properties in a designated market area. Conduct market research, negotiate leases, and manage tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and property opportunities.
• Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants.
• Manage tenant relationships, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with lease terms.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or related field.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
