About the role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements
- Manage tenant relations and address issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Prepare and present lease proposals to potential tenants
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal leasing laws
- Experience with lease administration software
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
