Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements
• Manage tenant relations and address issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and present lease proposals to potential tenants
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing or property management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal leasing laws
• Experience with lease administration software
